Nova speed parcel Service

I recently used the parcel service of the Kannur branch of Nova. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a delivery, the staff member told me that I hadn't asked to book through Nova and refused to help me. This level of customer service is unacceptable and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Good parcel services

Last 3-5 yrs I always prefer nova parcel service for delivery to kerala sector,onetime delivery and proper customer support and phone call guidelines about tracking and items delivery details.

Fast delivery today booking tomorrow delivery

Poor sevice, and communication, difficult to contact, extremely worst customer service. Not checking proper delivary address or place, wrong place unloading delivary then reloading the parcel to real place getting delay delivary, high delivary charge. In my experience I am not recomented to this travels for parcel sevice. especially coimbatore to Kerala

Irresponsible..... Idiots.... They have no value of our time.... I have booked a consignment through this for an hospital emergency and they haven't delivered after 5 days where they committed with in a day.... I guess they will deliver products after the death of people's those who need the products If u guys can't do things we'll pls don't make others fool.... U all will have to pay for this..... Service is utter poor guys....... Will see u....

Parcel service daily basis to all over kearla

Total waste parcel service.. They never take the call or they never respond on the call. Even the lady who runs the nova travells wont help ypu out. Then how could u expect the staffs to help u. They never try to understand the problem or u will never hav a clue about your parcel.... A bike parcell been send from coimbatore to tvm for me.... but im not getting any clue and dont know where it reached....
