Very good maintained car i received, cheaper than other players in market. Bit of offline work needed at pickup location, but that's ok

If there's 0 rating, that's the best this concern deserves. Unethical staffs and management. Fraudsters people's with not even 1% customer friendly. They just abuse you for their own mistakes and dumb rules. Will never suggest this concern to any one.

2 signed blank cheques required in the company name... or Rs.15000 deposit... For anyone who has dealt with insurance claims knows this is totally absurd.. Go with zoom car.. Rs.300 for damage cover.. don't pay a dime no matter what happens to the vehicles.. Because you see that's the whole point of insurance.. Not recommended, if you want a peaceful vacation...Zoom cars prices are not so different from theirs either.

This is the worst experience I've ever had!!! I took a car for a day trip. At the time of booking, I requested customer care to deliver the car at a common point. However, they have forgotten to update the details. On the day, there is no call made by them to confirm the details, and on the day also, I remind them to deliver the car at the common point. They have agreed to not update the details in their data. I called half an hour before the pick up time and asked for the driver's details. They said I needed to come and pick up from the garage. After a long conversation, they agreed to deliver the car an hour late. When I received the car, the car was not clean and had a lot of damage inside the car, etc. A lot of procedures were followed before handing over the key. The behaviour at the time of returning the car and another guy in the garage is very bad. Please don’t go onroadz car rental. Still if you are planning to book the card, dont accept TN99K9630 vehicle..... extremely poor customer service....the vehicle is not good and clean. Please read the terms and conditions before booking the car....Worst car rental service in coimbatore...

Car was well maintained and good support given by onroadz team at Coimbatore. Over all a very good experience , will suggest them over zoom car .

I took i20 for a 2 trip of Ooty and the car was right in condition and good. The staff in office were humble and they were flexible with the drop off timing. Can book when needed.

Worst service provider. Made few attempts to book a car and all the time it was a last minute cancellation. Oversea travellers better becareful of planning your trip if you are booking with this company.

We took Mahindra KUV 100 for our ooty trip.. Everything went good and enjoyed a lot.. I like their service and immediate response.

ok, here is my open review for Onroadz. We had booked for a 7 seater car Ertiga which the customer care claimed that it was driven only for 13000kms but surprised to see on the day of rental that the car was driven for 1,45,000kms already! We had no other option but had to take that only car which was available as we did not want to change our plan. They informed me that the car will be water-washed after each service but it was only cleaned when we went there using a vacuum cleaner ( not fully cleaned). We had taken the car for 5 days but after the 2nd day, the car AC did not work! We called and informed them about this issue but no proper response. We then handed over the car on the 5th day with no AC during our return journey (really struggled to drive with in the highways along with 2 yrs old kid). They did not do any refund for this issue as this is totally unacceptable. I don't understand one thing. If the car is damaged during our journey in any form, it is bearable at our cost - which is acceptable. So the same way, if there is any issue with the car itself during the journey, the company should refund some particular amount but they are not doing that which is totally unacceptable. This is unfair. I would not recommend onroadz to anyone in future as my purpose of the travel is not satisfied. I am unhappy with Onroadz and their service.
