Very bad service, they don't respond for months. The staff are not trained, one person happened to burn my mother board and they are not taking any actions against it. Very disappointed, would not recommend for anyone. The staff there wasted a lot of my energy. Would really suggest people not to give your laptop for service here. One of the most terrible service centre in coimbatore. Pathetic staff and pathetic service. Also I believe a lot of Google reviews have been put by them just to bump it up - be very cautious about that - it seems fake.

Had a really bad experience with this place. They take forever to respond, and their staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. One person even messed up my motherboard, and they're not doing anything about it. Super disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff wasted so much of my time and energy. Seriously, steer clear of this service center in Coimbatore. They're the worst, with lousy staff and terrible service. And watch out for those Google reviews - I think some of them might be fake.

Gave dell laptop having power issue for service. Issue was resolved properly and figured out other issued in the laptop. We can go with that based on the need. Good service.

Came to get new OS and to change SSD. Very satisfied. Updated review: After installing new OS and changing new battery, facing issue with the display which is getting turned off and on when charger is plugged in. Trying to get help from the Palies team but still unable to get any support.
