If you are a web designer don't join and work here this company has no profession on new web design trends and also they are deciding salary based on how many college degrees you have. thats weird. and the 2nd thing is the owner himself don't know what's new designing trends what is the best tools and they don't even listen to us whenever you say you're ideas and what funny is they still using basic time consuming raw html instead of bootstrap and other frameworks and they will say you're too slow there is no enough employees too and they give you two are more works at the same time boom now you are confused simply you will feel like xerox machine all you can do in this company is copy pasting their giving boring designs you cannot design are learn new trends.
