Worst service ever. And waste of time and money. And all 5 star rating is given by showroom workers. TN42AJ4754 is my bike I told them kill switch not working. But they don't have spare. And thay told me 'wait for 10 days'. Even i can't start my bike.

Not one of the worst... The only worst Honda dealer I have come across... I usually do service either Erode RKM Honda or Noble Honda or Coimbatore Aadhi Suryabala Presanna Honda.... All other places are good.... Except this Tirupur Presanna Honda... Specifically Kangayam road branch... Even local workshops are better..... Not even proper billing system.... Usually I do my general service for ACTIVA I ((TN 52 V6215)) around Rs.600 to 900... Here they charged me Rs.1400 + other works and total bill was 3500.... And the point is Activa heavily repairs running only 300 kms after service..... Worst service ever.... Not even worst service.... They are not doing service but cheating money even without doing service.... THE ONE AND ONLY WORST SERVICE CENTRE comparatively in COIMBATORE, ERODE and Tirupur districts.

I have never seen a worst service until this.it is always something that will be followed by the vehicle to be washed if the vehicles left to service. But after the service, when I handed over my vehicle, I got it in the same condition as I had left the vehicle. they didn't washed my vehicle. They took the vehicle to wash only after I Noticed. not only that, I have contact them several times to get information, but the female staffs who answered me was very badly. they often hang up on their own without any response. Totally fully disappointed. Worth less place to service. I don't even want to give one star. Please wakeup Managers and owner.

In this showroom service is not satisfied. I left my vehicle at 10 am , but upto 5.45 pm my scooter was standing simply how I left. I am so disappointed with this service center

Dear Tiruppur people's kindly don't Service ur vehicle at PRESANNA HONDA.... I have much more problems faced in PRESANNA HONDA Service and I have replaced my vehicle battery within a month because he not fix my vehicle battery properly and my vehicle get fired inside of Service station, and other parts also got damaged , my humble request don't Service ur at PRESANNA HONDA Tiruppur , and many times there parts also not Available so he replies used parts only .. than ur wise thanks
