The remarkable story of PSR Silks started with a simple beginning. Started as a single floor showroom in the year 2001, PSR Silks has transformed into a multi chain retailer across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Pondicherry within the span of 20 years.
Founders of PSR Silks have a stem rooted with the centuries old traditional weaving community hailing from a small village near Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu. Nonetheless their enthusiasm to evolve more in the handloom textile industry prompted them to start an extraordinary journey towards success.
In mid 1980's the base was shifted to Coimbatore to start a wholesale & manufacturing business. PSR Silks introduced a never seen before kind of design in their Sarees which attracted top retailers around the nation. In the next following 15 years PSR Silks evolved as one of the most reputed saree manufacturers in the country.
The fame of being a best manufacturer inspired PSR Silks to start the retail showroom of their own in late 1990’s and it was materialised in 2001. PSR Silks started its first showroom at Coimbatore, X Cut Road in 2001. The best designs at display and mesmerising customer services grabbed the attention of the shoppers who were looking for a grandiose shopping experience and it helped PSR Silks become a household name of Coimbatore. Soon the wings of PSR Silks took off and opened many branches across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Pondicherry.

I am new to the city known for silk sarees but after my visit to PSR i can say that it's absolutely city of silk..... . Staff is so friendly and welcoming....Awesome collection of sarees and suits too..... Must must visit..
Wide range of collection of sarees. One stop shop for sarees and ethnic wear for women. Car parking available.
The store is big they give regular 5 % discounts. Staff attitude os good but not the management . Wide variety of collections available. Matching blouse not avliable for the sarees .

Everything seemed perfect until billing! We picked up 4 sarees for billing. The owner of the shop was in the floor gave a friendly smile. My father, to the owner, requested for a discount of 10% instead of 5. He quickly agreed. Pleased, we picked up another one for billing as we had 10% discount. Or apparently. We were excited about the offer, except that at the billing, they denied the 10% off and treated us as if we were lying!! We were irked and withdrew the 5th saree from billing and asked them to proceed with billing the other 4. They took 30 minutes, yet the process wasn't complete. I wonder if it was a deliberate attempt to malign us. We, running a busy schedule, requested them to keep the sarees billed and that we shall collect it by night. In the night when we had asked, they refused to give us the saree!! I can't believe the OWNER carried such a sinister attitude, despite billing for around 5k! Cheating is never okay! And treating someone this way based on false hopes is horrible at the least!
PSR Silk sarees showroom situated at cross cut road is one of the oldest saree showroom & one can easily identify as it's a Ladies Special shop since they offer very exclusive design sarees which are very attractive & at the same time at affordable prices. A must place to visit in Coimbatore

Great collection of sarees. It may not be toi budget friendly but you wont be able to restrict yourself on the purchase as most sarees are very gorgeous.
