I am writing this to share my thoughts on the Comp Law Software by SAG Infotech. I have been running my company for 2 decades as of now and was needing ROC software recently for compliance and I'm so thankful to the SAG team for introducing me to their ROC/MCA software. First of all, their availability of e-filing for the MCA V3 form is such a good thing to have on hand. Then I found that the e-Form Spice Plus Part-A has been updated recently to my amazement with the import-export feature. I was told by executives in the demo that there are more features and he was right. Almost all the features and more incoming every month is the best option for anyone currently looking for ROC software. Overall, I have my shared thoughts on the SAG ROC software here. Thanks

Recently I got my Gen GST software from SAG Infotech and I must agree that they are perfectly fine and as expected from a decade-old tax filing software. I have got all the desired features as I wanted to file the annual forms for the company files and it did exactly what the GST portal has directed for the filing. Along with the filing, it automatically generated my complete report for the previous FY along with ITC claimed and department pending status when linked with my GST account. Apart from that, I was getting the overall package at a much-preferred price as compared to the other companies which were charging additionally for technical support, which the SAG InfoTech didn't charge and offered me complete free tech support for the whole year which is excellent in my opinion.

Worst experience. Software main purpose reduce the time when you call helpline executive regarding any issue related to software. Simple we can't enable this feature. All software company provide prefill data options along with all profile data in prefill itr but this company not and attitude of helpline executive is too much and told me contact your dealer very worst experience. Received the Call on Monday from Company employee and dealers and all issue discussed they can assure will enable the features in software. Today Send the feed back again on company email but now they denied we can't enable the features. They dont want to listen the issue simple we cant do it worst software , worst company & Worst Expericee This is not special customizations This general purpose and accommodates general necessary features which reuired daily routine to save the tax professionals time. I have finally done a thorough review of Genius software and i accept that the Genius software package is a very good solution for every tax professional, infact, normal people can also file their tax return with this software after a short time of training. And i remember recently the government didn't extend the ITR due dates on 31st July and they really helped me. There CA teams from office were also available that night on calls and even filed our tax returns via the software. Apart from their latest forms, they listen to their customers and clients as one of my friends who is also their customer of Genius was once assisted through complete setup via their Anydesk setup for a few hours straight. The company also conveys important updates over text msgs and emails which is good hint for us. I think almost all the features of Genius software are useful and sufficient for clients and i see some people ask for more features which i think is solely in the company, but through my experience i think the company SAG Infotech really tries their best to offer whatever the clients asks.

Very POOR SERVICES and a LOW GRADE RESPONSE from the team. I bought 4 products but because of their poor technology and worst assistance I've uninstalled 3 of them and now also planning of uninstall last one of them. one more thing I have noticed that most of their staff is NOT TRAINED on how to talk with the clients and how to provide a suitable way to resolve their issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to other professional NOT TO USE their products if you want to grow in your practice as I'm also a practicing CA since 2017. They're even not supporting properly if anybody wants to work from home in this pandemic situation.

probably the worst company in Jaipur. they have a very low pay scale. if you are just looking for a counter offer and not thinking of joining then you can give interview here else don't waste your time. this company is just for practicing your interview skills, kind of mock interview.

I have been working in SAG IPL since 2017 and i am really happy to choose this company for my career growth. In my 3 year experience at SAG IPL, i have learnt a lot. Also i am now getting handsome salary package but i had to work hard for this.

Hi Every one, I CA JIGNESH VORA Writing because i have now 6 month experience in using the software genius. i Have experience following issue till date as under 1. Demo : In The month of Feb -2020 they are offering the product as discounted rate and so they refuse to provide demo for discounted purchase. This show the biasedness behaviour with the clients. 2. Installation: I respect the policy of every company but after purchase of genius software worth rs.7k Approx. they want to charge installation charges for each pc. One more think every time they need mail for the anything services addon. 3. Software level entry : I previously using the Software (Compu tax) and with compare to that software data entry level is not that much user friendly. (E.g : For salaried return they want we should start from base salary and add all allowances and perquisite manually and than deduct one to one allowances rather than providing easy option as per form 16 gross salary and deduct the allowances separately.) 4. Reporting level : Reports on filling or any client data available in world format only. SOI statement they are using since 1999 and they don’t change as claimed by Mr Rakesh Sharma. I think Statement of income (SOI) always for the presentation to client so it needs to be more understandable to clients. I m sure that Soi of Genius is much more required changes to make it presentable. 5. Changes or suggestion: in my one of query I experience that they are not customer friendly as when ever I have explained changes in software customer care person state away that not possible means they don’t want changes in software for customer benefit. I think this attitude of company stopping them to Grow. This will help to new customer for choosing the software.

The Service quality for small issues is terrible and not in line with other taxation softwares from helpdesk team. The updates released are delayed beyond timelines, especially for advance tax, the update had come 9 months?? it becomes difficult to prepare tax computations on time.
