I have been using two Beauty Sleep mattress of Snoozer in my family since 5 ,3 years now and ever since the comfort of sleep has enhanced. Hi My first experience with Snoozer was 10 yr back. I bought Snoozer mattress from a normal dealer and I thought it was overpriced but after I started using the mattress it was really good experience and it was worth spending money for a good mattress.After 10 yr now I needed one more mattress and I found Snoozer deals directly online service across the country.I had talk in detail with given phone number and the person on phone was very helpful to get us personal customize mattress.This mattress we got is really good and the way we wanted.Transportation and communication was very clear at every point.Thank you Snoozer. Had there been more star rating, I would have given that for the product and service provided by seller Product This Mattress is really comfortable and delivers whatever it promises..Its not too soft to we sink in nor its too hard to hurts. its material is just right to give u a v good night sleep and wake up feeling fresh and energetic.. It delivers what it promises, no neck pain or back pain, comfortable and effortless sleep..etc.Great mattress..definitely 5 star for this product Service I am super impressed with their customer service.. Right after placing the order, they followed up with me to guide me for correct measurements and delivery timing and there were many follow up calls until the delivery of mattress to ensure I receive it on time and without any hassle...And once the mattress was delivered, they had a follow up call to ensure the mattress was fitted correctly and if we had any problems or any changes to be made etc..I must say, they take customer feedback and request very seriously and work on priority basis (which is very rare).. I have been using a snoozer mattress and topper for the past 10 years, am more than happy. Getting a good nights sleep is precious and I dont take it for granted. The MG Road store is magnificent and the experience is truly luxurious. We wouldnt have chosen the mattress if it wasnt for the in store experience. Will recommend everyone to visit and experience Snoozer products atleast once.
