Well maintained, neat service and good sadya.
Coustomer handling is very poor .very very worst handling .
We visited the place for Sisters reception. They have a small hall that is used for both for the function and food. Impressed with the buffet they served for the occasion ☺ï¸
Not very happy with the Sadya. The food could have been a lot better and the pickup staff’s behaviour was extremely rude. They went as far as saying the food they’re providing is charity. How is it charity if we’re paying you for it? Extremely disappointed because we LOVE the Palakkad branch and their food. Kindly work on it. Thanks.
I guess there are two party halls. Each one in each floor. You have lift and stairs as well. The hall which I went was with AC and they where neat and clean. The restrooms are worst, and please don't even try it. Overall okay experience
Please do not book Onam Sadhya from them. They take money in advance and will not respond to tour calls/ questions. Long waiting time to deliver your pre booking and no staffs to attend to you on a function day. Pathetic!!!!
Used to be the best but over the years I have experienced a decline in the quality of the food and this year the authenticity was definitely compromised
As the name says, "it is" Top in Town. The only thing which annoys is, the never ending stair case. It goes and goes and goes till u reach the food court
The onam sadya was of utmost poor quality. The rice was not boiled properly . None of the items had adequate salt The curd was sour All items were not in adequate quantity We had to.wait in the queue from 12.30.to 2 It's not top in town it is worst in town . Top in town spoled our onam., pls.avoid ordering from top in town
