The company has supplied quality castings to its Indian clients who are exporters themselves. It is now seeking to establish a direct foothold in the export markets, including Europe / Africa / Asia and Americas as well.

With over 50+ years of experience in the foundry industry and serving 70+ customers, Viking Industries has vast experience in handling orders from 20+ industries sectors. With our renewed focus on technology, we hope to expand our clientèle and tap new Indian, European, US and other International Markets.

We are based in the industrial city of Coimbatore, which is known as a hub for foundries, pumps, motors, valves, textiles, machine tools, etc. Coimbatore is well connected to International gateways like Bengaluru (Banglore) , Chennai (Madras), Mumbai (Bombay) & New Delhi by air, it also well connected to Chennai, Cochin Sea ports.

PATTERN SHOP
We use the best expertise available for Pattern making process with 3D Modelling facilities with well equipped machine shop including CNC machines to make flawless patterns.

MOULDING MAKING
Mechanized Sand Plant (including Sand conveyor, Skip Charger, Sand Bins, Muller Sand Mixer)

HAND MOULDING SECTION
Heavy mouldings can accomodate a maximum size of 2000 x 2000 x 500/35 100 to 1800 kgs (single piece) is preferred in HMS.

FETTLING AND OTHER FACILITIES
Well equipped fettling department for removal of sand and external parts of castings Grinders and other fettling equipments.

Horizontal Machining – Pallet size 630mm x 630mm Vertical Machining – Pallet size 630mm x 630mm Vertical Turning Lathes with capacity up to 1000mm diameters

QUALITY CONTROL
In house lab equipment for wet analysis testing / Raw material / Moulding sand. We also supplement our Quality checks with our strategic alliance facilities within the group and in our Industrial area.

CUT SECTION
Castings are sectioned and inspected for dimensions to ensure internal soundness of castings, sections are made in defect prone areas of the cast components.
