Really bad app to order. So much information we put abs it went missing. We clearly mentioned jain food in the instructions. It was missed by the app. Have to keep on reloading pages
We had clearly mentioned Jain in the special requests but received non jain food. When we called the restaurant they said that they did not get any instructions from Zoop. The customer executive at zoop said that we cant see any requests and even if we had any request, it was not possible to make it. We have ordered from the same restaurant multiple times and we know they serve jain. Also they didnot write the contact details for the delivery person which made it really difficult for him to find us.
Ordered food from zoop.Order didnt delivered. When called customer service they have no answer for it and disconnecetd the call couples of times. Behaviour was very bad. No help from zoop team
